Caliente Construction is excited to start construction on The Higley Barns this fall. This project a multimillion-dollar, adaptive, mixed-use development that will transform the 20,000 square-foot Potato Barn in Gilbert into a unique multi-tenant space, plus add an additional 8,000 square-foot building, a 10,000 square-foot building, and a 14,000 square-foot building to the three-acre property.

Check out Caliente’s recently completed renovation in the Sundance Crossing complex. The new Sundance Recreation Center will support the City of Buckeye’s Community Service Department’s programs. Renovations include three community rooms, IT space, and outdoor access through two roll-up glass garage doors.
