California Arbitration & Mediation Services or CAMS is a non-profit organization of INDEPENDENT Dispute Resolution Professionals each of whom are current or retired trial attorneys with many years of training and experience. Each of the CAMS panelists has formal training in Dispute Resolution and each has been judicially trained by the Courts. Each panelist has substantial judicial experience some with family law judicial experience, others in the various civil departments and some with both.
CAMS panelists have been working toward the goal of providing an efficient, affordable way for litigants and their attorneys to obtain dispute resolution services. All of the panelists have worked within the Court systems as settlement judges and mediators. This service actually arose from the desire of the of the panelists to continue the service they provided in the Superior Courts.
CAMS is confident that no other service in California provides better or more qualified dispute resolution professionals than we do and certainly not as affordably.
The CAMS. Mediation facility is located in Rancho Cucamonga, but we are mobile and flexible. Additionally, our panelists are individually located from Ontario, to Palm Springs, Victorville, Orange County and the Central Inland Empire. CAMS panelists have experience in a remarkably wide variety of civil cases and family law. CAMS panelists are members of court panels and numerous other ADR services in Southern California, including, the American Arbitration Association, American Health Lawyers, Association for Conflict Resolution, Dispute Resolution Services, Southern California Mediation Association, and others.
