California Moving Systems top priority is the health and well-being of our Staff, Valued customers, our Community and business partners and is continuing to Monitor the Impact and spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.
We are here to service our clients responsibly and have taken steps recommended by the CDC and other health experts to take all precautions necessary and will continue to Monitor the CDC and other respected resources to make any changes recommended to moving forward.
We have implemented procedures to all our Drivers, Crew and office Staff to:
• Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds, frequently. Use hand sanitizersas well
• Practice what is being termed “Social Distancing”. Standing at least 6 feet between co-workers and customers.
• Use disinfecting wipes to keep your equipment clean.
• Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing. And throw the tissue in garbage after use
• Avoid touching mouthy, nose or eyes
• If you feel a little under the weather or vulnerable, stay home
• stock the vans with garbage bags, sanitizer's and paper towels for the crew to use
• Work remotely as much as possible
• Elbow bumps or a hello wave are much preferred to a handshake
We will be diligent with our efforts and ask our customers to do the same. If you have an estimate scheduled, we can offer a video survey via Skype or use online photos (if available) from house listings
As this situation is fluid, we will monitor activity and act in the best interest of each other, our crews and our clients.
