California Pre-Cut Homes is a very unique building system that specializes in the “Owner Builder Building System” We pre panelize almost any building and can delivery from Canada to the North, Mississippi River East, Mexican border South and Hawaii and beyond to the West. California Pre Cut Homes delivers a wall system with or without windows in the walls. Sizes vary from 400 sf cottages to 40,000 commercial building. We have several standard building plan designs the rest is left to your imagination.
Some times we are referred to as a "kit home" we are NOT a modular system we are closest you will come to stick custom building. In real estate there is no disclosure in resale of our product compared to modular systems.

If the price is higher we are willing to pay the difference to deliver our great product to your area.
