Our hygienist, Kristi, is awesome at patient education so we asked her to share her top dental hygiene tips. Check them out!
1. Use a power tooth brush with a round head. It doesn't have to be the most expensive model to be effective!
2. Clean in between! Find something you like and will use to clean in between your teeth, such as interdental brushes or floss.
3. Always use a toothpaste with flouride.
4. Avoid use of mouthwash with alcohol. Many brands offer an alcohol-free version!

What a wonderful double testimonial! We received a call today from a resident who loved reading about the Caruthers in our January resident feature story and the Lake Norman Big Band. She had no idea that there was a big band in our area and she is excited to follow them and see them perform. She also saw Calm Waters Dentistry and Dr. Wentworth sponsoring and educating in our community magazine and had just returned from a root canal with him.
