Transparency= 100%. I was a new patient and saw Dr. Bihary. I had 3 cavities (sad) and they walked me through what it was going to cost and why. When it became time to fill them, Dr. Bihary found I had a little extra cavity and I wasn't charged because it wasn't on the original quote. I left my previous dentist for lack of transparency, so this was very appreciated. Dr. Bihary herself was also awesome. I’ve been going here since 2014 and have been very happy so far. Never a wait. They’ve even taken me a few minutes early if I’m waiting in the waiting room. Friendly, in and out, and they work with you. I grind my teeth and need to wear a mouth guard every night. I’ve had 2 made by Dr.V. Finances are always tight, but he’s always been very up front about cost and he doesn’t push me to buy a new one unless I genuinely need to due to wear and tear. He’s just honest, which I really appreciate. He and his staff always take time to answer my questions (I’m very careful and take GOOD care of my teeth, so I always have questions). Melissa has always been great but today I had Melody and she was very caring, gentle, and patient. Really great to work with!
