It’s Fall, y’all! With cooler weather creeping in, please be sure to test your heater and fireplace and enter a service request. What’s that smell? It’s not uncommon to smell a slight burning odor when first turning on your heater or fireplace. Since they haven’t been used in a while, there is a layer of dust accumulation on the heating elements. When turned on, those dust particles will burn away, causing the odor. Don’t worry, it shouldn’t last too long!
Practice a little self-care today and get some fresh air - you'll be glad you did!

Maintenance Appreciation Day is a very special day in which we take a moment to celebrate our incredible Maintenance Team. Words cannot express how grateful we are for all of their dedication and hard work. John, Stetson and Adam - thank you for being our superheroes, always saving the day!
Last but not least, we want to recognize our fearless leader, John! His commitment to the community is unwavering. No matter the task, you will always see John completing it with a smile. He is surely the best of the best and we are so grateful to have him here. Thank you John for everything you do!
Next in line for some Maintenance Appreciation is the one and only Stetson! Stetson is our Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, acting as the best right hand man who is known for going above and beyond for our residents. He has been part of our community for over 2 1/2 years and has made such and impact. Don't be afraid to say hello if you see him onsite. Thank you, Stetson!
We are so excited to announce today is Maintenance Appreciation Day. We will showcase each one of them as the day goes on, but to start, let's give a huge shoutout to Adam, our Maintenance Tech.
