His favorite food is mac and cheese. Matt joined the Camden family in March of 2020 at Camden Asbury Village as a make-ready technician and was recently promoted to Maintenance Technician at Camden Manor Park. Say hello to Steven Mayes! Steven is from Fuquay-Varina and is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys playing dungeons and dragons and video games. You can also find Steven spending time outside, fishing, and sitting by his fire pit (that he made!). Steven started his journey with Camden in June of 2009 as a technician at Camden Lake Pine in Apex. Then in 2011, he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor at Camden Governs Village in Chapel Hill. From then to April 2019 he spent time supervising multiple different communities in the Raleigh area. In April 2019 he was promoted to Market Maintenance Supervisor and supervises all maintenance teams in the Raleigh area. Steven's office is located at Manor Park, so make sure to say hello if you see him around!

This week is leasing appreciation week, so to start us off, meet Nicole! Nicole is from Charlotte, NC, and is a recent grad of UNC Greensboro (Go Spartans!). Nicole majored in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Management. She worked in the hotel industry for four years before making the switch to property management. She has been apart of the CamFam since January! Nicole enjoys concerts and hanging out with friends. Her favorite band to see live is A Day to Remember, whom she has seen 8 times! Make sure to say hello when you see Nicole around the community!
