Our standard is that each and every client be completely satisfied with the work that we do. If you are not completely satisfied, my staff and I will do whatever it takes to remedy the situation, including refunding the cleaning cost for that garment.
If a manufacturer's defect manifests during the cleaning process, we will do what we can to contact the manufacturer and mend the garment. We will return the garment to the place of purchase for you.
We have wonderful relationships with many major garment manufacturers which we will use to our best ability to ensure your garment is returned to you in like-new condition.
