We are looking for a kennel technician who is dedicated to providing premier care to our dogs and premier service to our pet parents. The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
-Working well with a team of professionals
-Performing all tasks in a confident and professional manner
-Following detailed instructions and complete tasks in an efficient and effective manner
-Communicating clearly and professionally with coworkers and pet parents
-Following all company policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the dogs and the employees
-Monitoring dog behavior in an open play environment
-Moving dogs from play yards to cabins in a safe manner
-Lifting 40 pounds on a regular basis
-Performing repetitive strenuous tasks such as bending, standing, walking, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and lifting
-Working weekend and holiday hours
-Experience preferred but not required
There is a possibility to move from part time to full time work based on performance.
