Our deepest appreciation to all of our veterans and especially to Camp Director Juli Dykes. Juli was enlisted in the US Army from 1988 – 2002 and during that tenure she served in three locations in the United States as well as being stationed in Germany; at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium; and in Bosnia. While in both Ft. Knox, Kentucky and Ansbach, Germany, Juli was on Drug Suppression Teams and assisted with recovering several million dollars’ worth of controlled substances and she also worked undercover and arrested a total of seventy-five drug traffickers. Juli was deployed to Southwest Asia in 1990 during the Operation Desert Shield Storm and she assisted with liberating Kuwait from Iraqi armed aggression. While in Brussels, Belgium, Juli was part of a 22-member team who were responsible for security and safety of the U.S. Military Representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Thank you Juli for your service to our great country!
