We know all of our four legged friends are on the nice list this year! We hope you got lots of treats and toys in your stockings. 🎄🎅🏼
Twas the night before Christmas when all through the Camp, not an animal was stirring, not even for snacks.
The stockings were chewed by the chimney with care, in hopes that Santapaws soon would be there.
The pets were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of chewy toys danced in their heads.
The staff were dressed up in sweat pants and sweater, checking on each pet to make sure nothing was the matter.
When up in the sky there arose such a clatter, they ran out to see what was the matter!
And what to their wondering eyes did appear, but a pack of eight hounds that looked like reindeer.
They pranced and they danced all up in the clouds, then the staff heard a voice calling out loud,
"Now Dash(er)! Now Darla! Now Kona and Pippin,
On Roxy! On Kato! On Maci and Maven" - as they flew by in a flash.
The staff's own dogs were pulling the sleigh, into the buildings they flew fast away.
Throwing fun gifts to every pet here, making sure their Christmas stay was the best one this year.
All the guests wagged their tails, enjoying the sight, then back to their beds with their new toys snuggled tight.
Merry Christmas from Camp K9, and to all a good night.

January 2021 Camper of the Month - Bob
We are bursting with excitement to ring in the New Year with Bob as our Camper of the Month! Bob has been coming to camp ever since he was a tiny tot and continues to come play with us every Friday. He has spent most of his life patrolling camp, and making friends with all of the ladies.
Bob is also known as “Bobio” or “Fabio” around camp due to his dashing looks and keen demeanor. He is a big time ladies’ man, both 2-legged and 4-legged women flock to him! When Bob arrives at Camp K9, he always makes sure to take his time strolling down the yards as if he were on the catwalk. He is a favorite amongst all the other day campers; Bob has yet to find a dog who isn’t charmed by his dashing looks. He has an official girlfriend, Kuba the shepherd mix, who has been his one true love ever since they were young. They find each other in the yards and will do a little tango to greet each other. Bob often starts his dance with a bow and ends with a swing of his fluffy tush! Kuba is always sure to sing her love for him and give him all the kisses and snuggles. Bob is often found stationed at the water buckets waiting for a pretty lady to come by. His preference in women tends to be sweet, spunky and FLUFFY!
Bob, named after the Bob Newhart Show, can often be found at home relaxing. He used to spend his camp mornings getting up early with his human siblings and watching his humans pack a lunch for him. More recently, he spends a few extra minutes sleeping in before rolling out of bed and heading to “school”. He can often be found in open hallways, always waiting to see if someone needs to pass by him; his mom says he always picks the most convenient location to stand in. Bob’s most famous trick in the book is putting his human siblings to bed; he has become quite the bedtime master and has been tucking his sister into bed forever!
Congratulations Bob! We can’t believe we have had the pleasure to spend 11 years together, we look forward to many more!

- Sign up your pup for a spot on the bracket from now until Monday, February 22nd. Spots are limited, so don't wait! Sign up is $10 and includes one blank bracket for you to fill out. Extra blank brackets can be purchased for an additional $5 if more than one family member wants to get in on the fun! Sign up proceeds will be donated to a local pet rescue of the Champion's choosing. Be sure to send a photo of your pup with your entry!
- Brackets will be distributed the week of 3/1.

It’s been a competitive week of dribbling and drool during Mutt Madness and we are down to our Final Fur. Siblings on opposite sides of the bracket, Abby and Bella, are hoping to face off in the Championship, but can Winifred be beat?
