Since coming back from when we re-opened, Jen has lost a TOTAL OF 65 LBS!! ๐ฅ
Not only has Jen lost a total of 65lbs, she also jumped up 20lbs on her Back Squat max!!!
Before Jenโs back squat was 185 lbs, now she can back squat 205 LBS!!!!! ๐ช๐ป
This means during Jenโs journey; she increased her muscle mass/strength while losing tremendous amounts of body fat!!!
Jen has been doing an incredible job crushing our program!!!
She has been working extremely hard each day completing our daily workouts while having great consistency in her nutrition!!!
