These question will help with the hiring of a fly by night company versus a company with all it's crudentials in order. If a homeowner hires a contractor with just General Liability Insurance and he shows up with employees, you the homeowner is now responsible for those employees. If they get hurt on your project, they can not only sue the contractor but you the homeowner as well. A real company will carry both General Lialability and Workers Comp making there Company Liable for there employee's. So paying a little more will definately payoff in the end. Update On Our New Location:
Campbell Builder's Inc has moved our business to 5 Leonard St. Bennington VT. It's the old L.H. Davis location that was recently purchased by SVT Masonry. With our business fastly growing and trucks in and out of my home it was time to make a move. We will have two office locations, keeping the 554 Overlea Rd office and we will be sharing a office with the owners of SVT at the new location as well. After a couple meetings with the new owner Reuben Harrington we came to a agreement to make it work. There will be alot more to come as Reuben and myself are plaining the clean up, all the repairs that are much needed to the building and putting together a area that both him and I to show case our work from. SVT masonry has been around along time and has performed some high end masonry work that the area needs to see. He has employed many and has been working in the surrounding area but with this new move its time for his talent to be seen and used in the area. So we will keep you updated on all that is taking place and please keep your eye open for the newly designed sign project that we both will be installing in the months to come.
