Catwoman might not be your typical superhero, but she has helped Batman on several occasions. On top of it, she’s a "crazy cat lady", which is why she lost her entire security deposit! 🐱
Even though her lease clearly specified “no pets”, she started hoarding stray kittens. For a long time, the kittens did go unnoticed, but the scratches on the curtains and walls clearly didn’t to her landlord’s inquisitive eyes.
Lesson learned? Adhere to the animal policy in your lease!

DON'T GET TOWED! 🅿️
Per our Parking Policy, towing is enforced 24/7. Here’s how to avoid you or your guests getting towed:
➡️If you are a current resident, make sure your Matchbox-issued parking sticker is firmly affixed to the back of your vehicle for the towing representative to see.
➡️If you are a guest of a resident, be sure to park in the designated guest lot with a valid guest parking pass hung/displayed in your rear view mirror.
In the event that you or your guest’s car is towed, please contact 1st Choice Towing & Recovery, Inc.. Their releasing hours for impounded vehicles are: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (by appointment ONLY), Saturday, 11am-1pm, and Sunday, 1pm-3pm.
