I then initiated a conversation about just getting new one and he worked with his manger to get my a great deal on a combo furnace/ac. He even went above and reached out even after hours when I had a question. "I bought a new furnace and AC in the spring of 2017 and C W had it installed. It failed twice the winter of 2017-2018 and I had to pay to get it fixed. It failed again the winter of 2018-2119 and again I had to pay. Finally along comes technician Mike Brown. He found the problem and I paid again to get it fixed. It now works fine.
