Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. Thank you for preserving our freedom.
A special message to our clients:
In the wake of recent developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronovirus) and the national directive to take precautionary measures such as “social distancing,” we want to make you aware of the steps Cannon & Dunphy is taking to keep our employees, our clients, and our entire community healthy and safe, as well as to reassure you of Cannon & Dunphy’s commitment to continue to vigorously and effectively represent you in your personal injury case.
To help protect our clients’ health and safety, Cannon & Dunphy requests each of our clients take the following precautionary measures:
• Please do not come to the office if you are ill, including experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms.
• Call or email before visiting Cannon & Dunphy’s office. Please do not stop in the office without an appointment.
• Rather than dropping documents off at our office, we prefer that those documents be scanned and emailed to us or sent to us in the mail. Please contact us if you would like a self-addressed stamped envelope sent to you in order to send us documents.
• Rather than holding in-person meetings at our office, we prefer that those meetings for the foreseeable future take place by phone or videoconference.
• If your deposition is scheduled, if you have an appointment with an insurance-hired doctor, or if a mediation or trial is set in your case in the near future, please understand that it may be rescheduled to a later date.
With respect to continuing to represent you in your personal injury case, Cannon & Dunphy intends to conduct business as usual except for the above changes to ensure everyone’s health and safety. As a legal industry leader in technology and after functioning as a 100% paperless office for over two decades, Cannon & Dunphy has systems in place for our attorneys and staff to work remotely if needed while still meeting the needs of our clients.
If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your case given the recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19 (Coronovirus), please call or email me.
Thank you, and may you continue to remain safe during this time.
Happy Birthday, America! 243 years and counting. From our family at Cannon & Dunphy to you and your family, we hope that you have a relaxing and safe 4th of July holiday.
We are pleased to announce that Patrick O. Dunphy, Co-Founder of Cannon & Dunphy, S.C., was selected for inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America 2019-2020 edition of The Who’s Who Directories.
Join with us today in honoring our veterans. Thank you for your service to our country. We appreciate you.
