1. Try to exercise for at least 20 minutes every day. It can be as simple as going for a walk with no electronics, or maybe trying an ab challenge during your favorite T.V. show!
2. Whenever you start to feel really overwhelmed, try the 5 sense challenge. Name something you see, feel, smell, hear, and taste in the current moment. It brings your mind back to the present!
3. Pet your animals whenever you're feeling down! It's the best therapy!
