Meetings of home owners relating to mobile home living and affairs in their park community hall or recreation hall, if such a facility or similar facility exists, shall not be subject to prohibition by the park management if the hall is reserved according to the park rules and such meetings are held at reasonable hours and when the facility is not otherwise in use.
So how is everyone enjoying their pools so far... oh wait they still don't have ours open. When all the other pools in the Springs opened on Memorial weekend they didn't even start to clean ours til yesterday. yet another great example of how "luxury living" is here in Canyon Ridge.
Well Nick I think they may have listen to your letter, they sure starting fixing up the park. Only problem, I'm sure we will have to pay for it. But good job for getting them moving.
So heres the deal I went to the office today to tell them theres no way I can fix the skirting since I have a leak in my outside faucet and the skirting was removed to gain access to repair the leak. Well I have a broken foot and can not make the repairs that need to be done as I am on crutches. Our lovely park manager ANGela says well its always something if you don't fix it we will fine you until it is done. Love the compassion these assholes have makes me want to break their legs and tell the take care of this park for once
So how many people get the notice to move your trashcans back on trash day lol
