Capital City Aviation, Inc ("CCA") was formed in 2004 and is based at the Ohio State University Airport ("OSU") in Columbus, Ohio. CCA is a non-profit flight training and aircraft rental business whose primary goal is developing a safe and proficient pilot and providing a high quality aircraft rental fleet for central Ohio aviation students and pilots. Our fleet consists of a 1966 Piper Twin Comanche, a 2009 Diamond C1-Eclipse, a 2009 Diamond Star XLS, a 2008 Diamond Star XLS, a 1981 Piper Warrior II, a 1979 Piper Warrior II, two 1977 Cessna Skyhawk IIs, a 1973 Beechcraft Bonanza, and a state of the art Flight Simulator. Our aircraft are equipped with Garmin 430 and/or 530's color moving map communication/navigation radio Global Positioning System ("GPS") units and are maintained to the highest professional standards found in the flight training/aircraft rental environment. Our club now offers Traffic Awareness Systems in four of our aircraft, to increase situational awareness and safety. Our flight training goal is to provide high quality ground and flight instruction by our well trained and experienced Certificated Flight Instructors ("CFI"). Our aircraft rental goal is to provide high quality aircraft that emulate the ownership pride and look in a rental environment.
