Conveniently located across from Wake Medical Center, easily accessible from Interstate 40 and 440 the outer beltway, and known for its experienced leadership in skilled care and its tenured professional staff. Patients access our state of the art rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Patients admitted are those with stroke and neurological disorders, post-surgical recovery, wounds and pain management. Oftentimes, having secondary medical needs including but not limited to diabetes, cardiac or pulmonary conditions.
