The OB/GYN team consists of three board certified and fellowship trained doctors, a Certified Nurse Midwife, and a Certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience delivering both high and low-risk babies.
Dr. Lewis Townsend focuses solely on gynecology and specializes in laparoscopic gynecological surgeries. Dr. John Gschwend works in both gynecology and obstetrics and has vast experience in women’s health surgeries. Dr. Deena Kleinerman and midwife Kimberly Severn, CNM both treat all women’s health needs, including gynecology, labor, and delivery. The newest member of our team Morgan Wilkerson PA-C brings her years of experience as a women’s specialist to serve the health care needs of women in Maryland and DC.
