I withheld this post for a long time bc I am in recovery, and I know people have different opinions on using THC. Look, I have PTSD and a traumatic brain injury. I remember how nervous I was to cross this bridge in recovery, but I needed some help and it has been a lifesaver. I see people come into the psych ward all the time burnt out, drained and exhausted. It’s ok to need some help and I’m still very proud to call myself sober after 8 years. THC helps with pain and anxiety disorders, as well as autism, cancer, etc. Thank you Louisiana 🇺🇸
Here’s a journal note from my mom. This is such a pensive and emotional topic for me, being revived in an ambulance after my car wreck. For a long time I couldn’t handle thinking about it. It still feels surreal at times. My mom was there when I woke up from my coma after my DWI wreck.
