Galaflex Mesh 101: Galaflex is a dissolvable mesh that helps your tissue remain strong throughout the healing process of a breast surgery. In this case, they helped adjust the placement of this patient's existing implants so her breasts had a more pleasing, natural aesthetic. Galaflex FAQ:

How long does it take to dissolve? 12-18 months, during which collagen and elastin are able to create a network that is 4x stronger than native tissue.
