Caprock is temporarily changing the way we do business due to COVID-19. Rest assured that we have all the vital pieces in place to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, while at the same time, assuring the continuity of ongoing litigation matters. We are equipped and available to serve clients remotely.
All operations will remain functioning and accessible via telephone (806-795-4202) and email (Erin at caprockscheduling@outlook.com). In addition, Caprock has several options for depositions, hearings, and/or meetings to go forward using telephonic means or Zoom video conferencing. Just let us know, and we can arrange either remote conference for you.
Our court reporters can swear in witnesses remotely and our videographers can videotape testimony via Zoom if need be. Or the witnesses can appear in person at our office with only the client, the court reporter, and the videographer present for a live deposition.
