Everything the consumer sees on the web is powered by our system & information collected by our Certified Field Service Merchandising Reps.
Responsibilities for Market Manager:
-Prepare and observe the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
-Develop strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
-Build brand awareness and positioning.
-Recognize deficiencies in existing marketing and develop practical solutions.
-Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
-Develop a social media strategy using all relevant platforms to reach our target audience.
-Following your daily sales visits schedule & communicating with sales management to help grow the market revenue.
-Managing field reps output as well as proper staffing.
-Creation & maintenance of field rep schedules.
-Daily market reports to senior management.
-Outside vehicle photography & videography.
-Field coverage of market, field rep sick days, or call outs, etc.
-Training of new Field Representatives.
-Daily sales visits are required to non-customers in your market.
Qualifications for Market Manager:
-2+ years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry.
-Demonstrable experience in merchandising and marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
-Proficiency in computers.
-Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
-Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
-Deep understanding of stellar customer service.
-Ability to quickly adapt to change.
-Proficiency in working with google docs and spreadsheets.
-Excellent time management.
-Seeking a hardworking individual with an upbeat, positive attitude.
-Interest in photography.
-Clean license. Only clean driving records will be considered.
Pay:
$2400 per Month Salary + 40% Commission + Bonuses + Gas Allowance
Hours: 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday (Must be willing to work on weekends when needed.)

Training: The first week of training is required in our Pompano Beach, FL office. Transportation, accommodations, and meals are provided.
Compensation: Commission only (no sales). Expected income is $2,200 monthly plus gas allowance.
Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 6:30am-6pm Tuesday, Thursday (due to travel time)
