Jenn has a very calm demeanor and is most helpful to everyone she meets. She will always stop what she is doing to help a patient. She works cooperatively with the clinicians, coworkers and practice staff including the providers.
Jenn is very thorough and always takes ownership of her work. Working as a team with fellow schedulers, she inspires cooperation. Jenn is always the go to person for scheduling and registration issues. The staff appreciates her approachable style and seeks her out for help. She always gladly provides it- with a smile.
This is a well deserved honor. Thank you for all you do for our patients and your co-workers, Aixa.

Aixa is a long time employee of the organization and is committed to doing what is best for the practice. She goes above and beyond, taking on additional tasks and changing her work schedule to cover the needs of the practice without hesitation.
Aixa strives for perfection and expects others to be accountable for the same. She is always willing to improve processes within her work area and lead change. She works well with other team leads to collaborate on workflows to meet the needs of our patients and providers.
