CareAssist Services, Inc., a State of California licensed Home Care Organization (#304700019) serving all of Orange County, Long Beach and bordering cities, was founded and is managed by an RN (me) with over 30 years of clinical nursing and homecare experience.
We are also now (9/20/16) accredited by ACHC, Accreditation Commission on Health Care which is recognized as providing a higher level of performance and client care.
We are physically located in San Juan Capistrano in the Ortega Village Business Center (Rancho Viejo Rd/Ortega Hwy). We service all of Orange County, the city of Long Beach, Lakewood, and other cities bordering Orange County.
My expertise as an RN, and someone who understands first-hand how to care for every type of client, gives our clients and their families additional insurance, back up and resources when a client’s condition is starting to change.
We provide restorative care to seniors and adults; encouraging independence, highest level of functioning and improved quality of life.
Each client’s care is customized to satisfy their individual needs and exceed family expectations, as well as prevent trips to the ER and unnecessary hospitalizations.
Our services range from personal care (stand-by or hands-on assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, and transfers), homemaking chores, companion care, outside-the-home activities, PT/exercise activities, errands, meal planning/preparation, medication reminders and MD appointments.
Our Home Care Aide employees are all currently registered with the State of California and comply with all the required documentation.
Care and assistance in a client’s home can range from 4-6 hrs/day up to 24hrs/day (and for as many days as needed) depending on the client’s needs.
We may also be able to provide assistance for as little as 2 hours/day depending on caregiver availability.
