Dr. Caren Waintraub is a dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Dr. Waintraub received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, majoring in neuroscience and behavior, and obtained her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her intership at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and then completed her residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medicine.
Dr. Waintraub treats a variety of skin conditions, with a specific focus on the mind-body connection and how it relates to dermatologic disease. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive and individualized care to each of her patients, using an evidence-based approach to both medical and cosmetic treatments.
Dr. Waintraub is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s Dermatologic Society, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
