Carlton’s goal is to make personal connections with his patients, understand their priorities, respect their journeys, and help them achieve greater health. He takes a hands-on approach to medicine, offering osteopathic manipulation and specializing in non-operative sports medicine ailments,joint injections and trigger point therapy. To stay healthy, he works out regularly, and enjoys skiing in the winter. Carlton volunteers at the Vista Colina Emergency Family Shelter, helping homeless families get back on their feet. He speaks some Spanish and is happy to see patients who speak the language. Carlton graduated from Midwestern University and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has a certificate of added qualifications in Sports Medicine after completing a one year fellowship. He is an associate professor at his alma mater and teaches there one day a week.
