BREAKING NEWS: The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 bars employers from discriminating against workers basedon sexual orientation or transgender status. You can no longer be fired for being gay or transgender in the workplace. This is an historic victory for the LGBTQ community and for the cause of equal justice in our country!

Watch my interview with Channel 10 about our upcoming trial in the Arthur Green case. It has taken 6 years for the case to work its way through a dimissal in Federal court on the basis of qualified immunity, an appeal to the Eleventh Circuit, a denied Petition for Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court and finally a refling in Hillsborough County Circuit Court, but now we are set for trial in November! We will never rest until we get justice for Arthur Green and his family!

I AM SO PROUD OF OUR TEAM! Although many of our team members are working from home, we still met all of our goals for the month of March! We opened new files, met with clients, sent out demands, negotiated settlements, took depositions, participated in hearings and even did 3 mediations via Zoom! We are doing everything we can to keep our team and our community safe while at the same time continuing to serve our clients!
WITH GOD'S HELP, WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS CRISIS TOGETHER!
