"On Saturday, November 14 when my water heater stopped working, John was on call and arrived at my house soon after I called Carmine's of the incident. He drained my water tank and checked for leaks. He said that I probably would get a new installation today (Monday) as water heaters are at the top of the list. True to his word, John arrived before 8:30 today and went to work. Throughout the process, John answered any questions that I had. In addition, while running water through all my plumbing, John noticed an issue with my 3 toilets and offered to install parts to remedy the issue. He was able to look up and quote me a price. I agreed and the installation was completed.
John is a professional in his craft. He is courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.
I'm quite thankful that he practiced Covid-19 restrictions, wearing a face mask and social distancing.
