Today was our rain date for our annual Luau! In the morning games were played in the courtyard and an awesome Luau themed lunch and in the afternoon we were joined by Sea Pans! Although, we got a little rain today as well, we sure didn’t miss out on any fun!

The Life Enrichment department hosted a covid friendly wine social for our amazing residents!
Wine & cheese were enjoyed while residents were able to enjoy music and socialize six feet apart.

Olympics look a bit different this year BUT we are all having a blast (safely of course). So far, we have had opening ceremony (courtyard day style) including cornhole, bocce, football throw, soccer kick. We have had lap swims, 6 mile bike race, billiards, putting, checkers, single leg balance and just in 20 minutes we will have our pool walk! Stay tuned!

Excited for the future and appreciate all the supportive individuals in my life. I love what I do and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

To prep for Olympics next week, Residents and Staff participated in wacky tacky Tuesday as a part of our Spirit Week. We dressed up in our wackiest and tackiest get ups and all residents who participated earned points for their team! Stay tuned for the rest of spirit week!!
Happy Wellness Wednesday everyone! We started the morning with our Saltwater Circuit, one of our advanced water aerobics classes. Residents complete different exercises while cheering each other on! We ended the session with some relaxing Ai Chi.

Pumpkin spice & everything nice! Our wonderful residents took a trip to our local pumpkin patch this afternoon! We were all surprised by the variety of pumpkins, especially the heirlooms. Please note, all safety guidelines were followed - screening before getting on the coach, hand sanitizer before and after getting on the bus and masks were worn for the duration of this outing.

Things got a little crafty and a lot geometric! This morning was spent painting fun and funky geometric canvases 🎨
All residents were masked for the duration of activity and all regulations/procedures involving sanitizing and social distancing were followed.
We had the pleasure at Bradley Creek Health Center to host a special 72nd wedding anniversary dinner for Mr. & Mrs. Powers.
