Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases among our Carolina communities, our lobby services will be available by appointment only. If you enter a branch lobby for service, we require all visitors to wear a protective face mask or covering. You will be asked to present a valid Photo ID and briefly lower your mask for identification purposes. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to maintain a secure environment for everyone.

Carolina Trust periodically makes updates to our system. When possible, we will communicate the time of these updates and services we anticipate being impacted.
On Tuesday, October 6, Online, Mobile and Phone Banking will be down temporarily from approximately 5:30pm until 11pm EST. This may also affect members’ ability to access their VISA credit card account online and our online bill pay service. Additionally, during this maintenance window, accountholders will be unable to authorize more than $250 in debit/ATM card purchases or ATM withdrawals, or 3 total transactions whichever comes first.
We regret any inconvenience this temporary service interruption may cause.
