It’s true! Summer bodies are made in the fall and winter. But really any time is a good time to work on your best self. This patient is recovering beautifully from a #MommyMakeover which included an #abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and #mastopexy (breast lift).

Ask Dr. Chang: “When should I get a lower facelift or neck lift?”
In general, what I tell my patients is that they are ready for a lower face or neck lift when they 1) have something to fix (i.e. when jowling is occurring, the neck is a little lax, or maybe the the cheek has fallen a bit), and 2) they are mentally ready.
If you do the surgery when you first have signs of aging, we can completely correct all the aging that has occurred in a more subtle way. Then the next decade will be much kinder in terms of aging if you do the lift earlier, than if you hadn’t done it at all.
