Recall Alert!!
Dog Food Advisor sent another recall update. The FDA is warning consumers that Midwestern Pet Foods is expanding its recent recall to include over 1000 lots of Sportmix and 2 other brands of dog and cat food because they contain potentially fatal levels of aflatoxin. As of January 21,2021 the FDA is aware of more than 110 deaths and 210 illnesses from pets eating these foods.
