If you are looking for a cheap low quality repair place - click the back button now - Carters isn't for you. We are repeat customers having used Carters for our last two homes new heating and air conditioning systems. George worked with us both times. Since we wanted the same system in our new house. George didn't waste our time with the basics (we already knew them) he jumped right into explaining what improvements Carrier has over the last 5 years as well as convincing me to go with the new Infinity Air Cleaner. While George managed our project and assisted with the installation, much of the work was handled by two of his techs, Kiapo and Edger. They were both polite, respectful and good communicators, always wearing shoe booties inside without even being asked. After the installation George scheduled the duct leakage tests which we passed well below what code allows. Our second Infinity Greenspeed system has been installed for about 5 months now and has been flawless. No regrets on adding the air cleaner on, it makes a noticeable difference on the air quality.
