Dr. Kate An Hunter opened Carver Lake Veterinary Center in 1996. Her vision was to create a place where clients are treated like friends and pets receive the best medical care available.
Carver Lake has been an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 2002. AAHA sets very high standards for veterinary care and only about 15 percent of all small animal veterinary facilities in the U.S. are accredited. In order to maintain this status, clinics must continue to be evaluated regularly by the association. This evaluation includes a quality assessment review of the hospital's facility, medical equipment, practice methods, and pet health care management.
The clinic has four veterinarians and offers complete medical, dental, surgical, behavioral, and grooming care for all of your companion animals.
Our experienced staff cares for dogs, cats, and many exotic pets including rabbits and rodents. Daycare is also available for busy pet owners who will be away from home for long periods of time.
We view ourselves as "your other family doctors" and look forward to meeting you and your pets.
