This year, we are celebrating 29 years of serving our original clients, many of whom are still with us, as well as welcoming new clients.
Effective July 14th,2011, we no longer have a physical retail showroom. Instead, we interact with our clients by meeting personally with them on request or via email, providing a local pick up service when items need to be brought to us for marking, and local delivery service when it is time to return those items.
Orders from our clients outside our local area will still have our normal shipping services.
For new client's, you will find that Cascade Engraving & Awards, LLC is not your standard awards and/or engraving provider. We do things in a different way than where you may have shopped before. Our clients, and their satisfaction in our service, product & quality is very important to us and we look forward to providing you with the best in customer service and outstanding product quality.
We'll offer you options you perhaps never thought of to make your project that little bit better. Our product line is diverse. We take the normal type of award items we provide for our clients to an unexpected level and add a few details that clients don't expect. From selection of product, to encouraging you to say what you really want to rather than counting letters (wording is almost always included in our pricing), you'll find the finished product outshines your expectations.
