It’s National Physician Assistants Week. I have the best two PAs. Lindsay and Kate work hard, stay positive and help me more than they will ever realize!
Their kindness and commitment to the patients we care for does not go unnoticed.

Wishing this guy a great first day of retirement! The office and surgery won’t be the same without you!
The hip is one of the largest joints in the body. It supports your body's weight to help provide the mobility most people take for granted, until pain starts to occur. Dr. Brett Cascio is an expert in hip arthroscopy. He was one of if not the first physician to repair a hip labrum in Louisiana and has the most experience with repairing hip labrums in the region.Dr. Cascio trained at the Steadman- Hawkins Clinic and is one of the few surgeons in the region to complete a fellowship in hip arthroscopy. Since 2007 he has performed over 1000 hip arthroscopies. Many of his patients are young athletes. He has published a journal article on hip arthroscopy in the young female athlete. Dr. Cascio uses the data generated from his research to teach other surgeons, present research at physician meetings, national conventions, as well as to guide his decisions for optimal outcomes.
Dr. Brett Cascio will be lecturing on Hip Arthoscropy in the Pediatric Athlete this weekend at the Andrews Sports Conference. The conference takes place at Tulane University on Saturday, December the 8th.
Happy Halloween! Stay safe! After such a crazy few months it’s nice to do something normal like our annual office Halloween costume contest!
A continued thanks to the many veterans! 🇺🇸
