A little joy goes a long way.
Someone took the time to paint a rainbow on a rock, and I just happened to be looking down as I walked into work today and I picked it up. I held it and smiled ear to ear.
This rainbow reminds me of promises made, and how a simple act of kindness can bring hope to many.
Thank you to our Residents that greet us with a smile and understand the daily challenges we all face and still offer up a piece of their joy when they see us.

REMINDER FOR CASTLE HILLS RESIDENTS - Please be mindful of stop signs posted around our property. We are a family friendly neighborhood and kids aren't always watching for traffic. Thank you for being a great lookout for our community.
Friday April 10 will be a company holiday for Castle Properties. Our office will be closed on Friday. When we are closed, we still have 24/7 answering service for critical concerns. We will resume regular business hours on Monday April 13.

Castle Properties will be closed on Noon Wednesday, November 25 thru Friday, November 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Regular business hours resume on Monday, November 30.
Any emergency work order requests can be called into our 24/7 answering service at 501-315-4900 and we will have staff available to handle emergencies.

Castle Properties Office Staff has had an interesting first week back in this New Year. All week we’ve had a furry visitor that believes they belong inside. We are wondering IF this visitor belongs to a Resident. We prefer to not disclose the details, however if you are missing your furry loved one. Comment below. This visitor is definitely adorable.

Attention Castle Properties Residents:
We know everyone has heard it multiple times, but experts said, still the best thing to do is keep your faucets dripping. That includes in your kitchen, bathroom, and in the shower. It also helps to open up the cabinet doors below the faucets.
Our team is working feverishly to keep the water on, but you can HRLP any lines from freezing and possibly busting which would cause longer wait times for water. Remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
