To All Our Valued Clients,
Castle Rock Insurance Agency and our Insurance Carrier partners are closely monitoring the developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) with our local government and are focusing on the safety of our staff and clients, while simultaneously attempting to be Above All in Service during this crazy time.
We are still in the office and open normal business hours and hope to continue. We do ask that you communicate with us via phone, email, or text for any changes, claims, quotes, and payments if at all possible. We are just trying to reduce walk-in traffic. We understand that some situations will require an office visit and that is absolutely fine. We are still doing quotes, writing new business, handling claims, making changes, and all of the other every day normal stuff.
This would also be a good time set up an online account for your policies if you haven’t already done so. If you would like to do that please give us a call and we can walk you through.
We will keep our clients up to date on any changes and I hope the next change is me saying “we are back to business as normal.”
Updates will be on our website at www.castlerockins.com/ and here on our Facebook page
Here is contact info for our staff.

Always "look while you cook." If cooking oil gets too hot, it will catch on fire. Smother it with a lid, baking sheet, salt, or baking soda. Call 911 if the fire gets out of control.

DON't THROW WATER ON GREASE FIRE: "Sarnia Fire Rescue Services wanted to demonstrate why you should NEVER throw water on a grease fire! Always “look while you cook” but if your cooking oil ever catches on fire safely put on a tight-fitting lid or cookie sheet, turn off the heat and let it completely cool." - Sarnia Fire Rescue https://bit.ly/2RS4cUt
