An update on our COVID protocol: We are currently open normal hours. We are allowing clients in the waiting area, but not the exam rooms. We do ask that you wear a mask in the clinic. Cloth masks are available to wear while in the clinic if you don't have one. If you are more comfortable waiting outside or in your car, please call when you arrive.
Please bring each cat in a secure carrier. Cats would prefer a blanket or towel in the bottom of the carrier and fearful cats would like to have their carrier covered with a blanket or towel as well.
Reminder: Dr. Hayes is out of the office starting July 27th and will return August 3rd. We are currently scheduling appointments for the first week of August. Availability for dental procedures is now the 3rd week of August.

Just another update about food availability. Some manufacturers are experiencing serious disruptions to their supply chain, which means we aren't the only ones having difficulty maintaining inventory. We are currently out of stock of some Royal Canin diets and most of our recent order was cancelled or is on backorder. Call beforehand to make sure we have what you're looking for, and don't wait until you're almost out to order more!
Just a reminder that the clinic closes as usual at noon on Wednesday, and we will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. Please contact the Emergency Veterinary Service of Iowa City or the Eastern Iowa Veterinary Specialty Center for any emergencies. Enjoy a relaxing holiday and stay safe and healthy out there!
