The incubation period (the number of days between when you’re infected with something and when you might see symptoms) for COVID-19 is thought to extend to 14 days. MASK MANDATE VOTE UPDATE:
Rock Hill City Council is scheduled to consider the mask mandate on Monday, March 22. While many people believe that masks are an effective mitigation tool - especially until a larger number of our residents are vaccinated - unfortunately those voices are necessarily being heard because they are not making their opinions known. There are several ways you can help make a difference.
