In light of the ever evolving health situation with the COVID-19 virus, Cavanaugh & Porter feels that it is in all of our best interests to close the office for in-person contact.
We will continue to operate and provide tax and accounting services to our clients, to the best of our abilities.
For the foreseeable future, when you are dropping off or picking up information, please call the office to coordinate the exchange.
In an effort to minimize exposure to the Covid-19 virus, we are limiting the number of clients in the office at one time.
If our door is locked, we are currently with a client. Please be patient and we will be able to see you shortly.
After more than a decade in the Capital City Bank / Capitol Federal building, we are moving.
Later this week, our offices will be moving to 1100 SW Wanamaker Rd, Suite L7.
All of our emails and phone numbers will remain the same.
If you are reading this, live near Topeka and either are looking for some part-time work or have a close friend that is looking, please keep reading.
We are looking for help during our upcoming tax season. The job involves handling the phones, copying/scanning paperwork, assisting in assembling tax returns and interacting with our clients in a COVID safe manner. This position is generally 30-35 hours a week and runs from now through mid-May/June.
Our offices have been closed to outside interaction since March to mitigate the possible impact of COVID-19. Because of this, we are being more cautious when we bring a new person into our little bubble. If anyone gets sick in the office, it could shut down the business.
In addition to being a team player and being able to handle the different tasks, we are looking for someone that is already living a COVID cautious lifestyle, to minimize the chance of accidentally becoming sick.
If you fit this description, please email the office at staff@cp-pa.com.
Thanks,
Byron
