To all our Locksmith friends who will understand. Customer calls to ask if we can change a CYPHER lock on a government installation. I say yes, but finding parts is hard. I asked if it was a flash room. He replied what's that.
Long story short. He needed a simple combo change. News flash buddy. This is a cypher lock. Stop calling a simplex a cypher lock!
