Looking for an Open DBT Group?
Our open group is held on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in our Salt Lake Clinic in Murray and through Zoom. DBT skills training includes mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills.
