At Center for Change we provide drug and alcohol treatment within our eating disorder program, including our Mid-Track™ Program, which address the processes that are common across the addiction spectrum. Designed for adolescent and adult women ages 13+, this integrative approach helps clients avoid “symptom substitution,” or migrating across multiple addictive processes, while making progress in one area. Our treatment center uses a 12-Step program that focuses on abstinence, education, skills training, accountability and relapse prevention.

Right now, it’s ok if you need to sit in the sadness or loss for a bit. It’s ok if you are still feeling ______ (fill in the blank). Feel it for however long it serves you."

Letter of Hope: "I challenge each person to explore which patchwork pieces create his or her own quilt of life, and to mend the torn and tattered fabric. To discover what they truly need, want, and hunger for. Strengthen your spirit, have faith in yourself, and challenge your own beliefs. Enrich your lives and seek the beauty in the days we are blessed with."
