Board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist Vinay Madan, MD, brings two decades of experience to treating men and women who are dealing with varicose veins by using minimally invasive vein procedures at Center for Varicose Veins in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Dr. Madan studied for his medical degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in New York City. He went on to complete his residency in diagnostic radiology and then a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.
He subsequently gained invaluable experience in his roles as chief of vascular and interventional radiology and chief of vascular ultrasound at Eastern Connecticut Imaging in Manchester, Connecticut, and as chief of vascular and interventional radiology and assistant director of medical imaging at Sharon Regional Health System in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
He is an active member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society and the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. Dr. Madan has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease and related disorders.
