While there are no refunds, only store credit or www.centerstage.com credit will be given to be used within 30 days of receipt.
Our goal is guarantee your satisfaction with your order, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason (upon authorization), please contact our customer service department at info@shopcenterstage.com for authorization to return your merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in the same perfect condition in which it was received. If it is returned in less-than perfect condition (i.e. makeup or lipstick stains, smoke, perfume, washed, dry cleaned, jewelry snags, etc.), it will be returned to you without a refund. No exceptions. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. No exchanges may be made on under garments, swimwear, girdles, waist cinchers, or shapewear. No exceptions will be made.
You may choose in-store pick-up when ordering online to avoid the shipping charge. This is optimal if you will be visiting our actual store location in California.
Please be aware that we will not ship items with the proper shipping cost being paid in-store. You may contact our boutique at (323) 455-1858, or by e-mail at info@shopcenterstage.com if you are unable to make it to the boutique to pick up your item that you selected in-store. You may then arrange for a shipping invoice to be sent to you. Once this has been paid, we will ship your merchandise immediately.
